Coaching & Mentoring for Performance
This course equips participants with knowledge and skills to understand how coaching and mentoring fits into their leadership roles and responsibilities and how it contributes to the attainment of organisational goals. Participants will take away with them a set of skills, “techniques-ready-to-use” and tools to be an effective coach/ mentor to conduct spontaneous on-the-spot and/or planned formal coaching and facilitate systematic mentoring approach to develop potential skills of mentees and improve their performance.
It is a process that is focused on the development of subordinates to make sense of their experiences for translation into effective new actions for their present and future roles while also improving the organisation and building positive relationships.
