Excellence in Service – Be a Service Quality Coach

This course equips participants to be “ServCoaches” (Service Coaches). They will acquire knowledge and skills to identify service gaps and supervise staff in providing excellent customer care, handling difficult customers and winning over dissatisfied customers. As ServCoaches, they will be the role model for junior staff to lead and coach staff to address service challenges from different perspectives and that there is more than one right answer.
